• Residential or Buy to Let applications where the applicant(s) is remortgaging and capital raising to fund the purchase of an additional property; or
• Residential applications where they will own an additional property on completion that’s not been declared in Introducer Internet.

It captures the details of one additional property. If you need to tell us about more than one, please complete a separate form for each additional property.
