Brad Fordham, Managing Director, Santander for Intermediaries
I have over 20 years of experience within Financial Services and joined Santander from NatWest in 1995. In 2010, after various Retail Distribution roles, including Performance Director in the Mortgage Division, I joined Santander for Intermediaries as Sales Director. In 2013 I became Managing Director of Santander for Intermediaries and in 2014 I took responsibility for mortgage distribution including Mortgage Telephony.
Helen Harrison, Head of Intermediary Distribution, Santander for Intermediaries
I have over 20 years’ experience within Financial Services, previously working as a BDM for Northern Rock and in the sub-prime packager market. I joined Santander for Intermediaries in 2007 as a BDM in the North and after many successful and enjoyable years, I was promoted to a Regional Manager with responsibility for eight BDMs. At the start of 2019, I moved into the role of Head of Intermediary Distribution.
Graham Sellar, Head of Mortgage Business Development, Santander for Intermediaries
My role is to oversee the development and delivery of our mortgage propositions in Santander for Intermediaries and the bank’s direct mortgage channels. I began my career as a Financial Adviser before joining Santander in 1996 as a Business Development Manager. Working with intermediaries has many great opportunities and challenges. I really enjoy this aspect and never tire of the challenges the industry presents.
John Gibbons, Head of Commercial Development, Santander for Intermediaries
Since joining in 1997, I have undertaken a wide variety of roles for Abbey National and Santander. Within Santander for Intermediaries I’m responsible for sales development and support and sales planning, as well as managing the hospitality and external event programme. I also represent Santander’s shareholding as a non-executive director of Mortgage Brain.
Julie Waterman, National Key Account Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I joined Abbey National before it became Santander in 1986, working in my local branch before moving to intermediaries in 1992. After working in the sales office, I became a BDM in South Kent for 11 years before being promoted to Regional Manager for the South East in 2010. In my current role, I manage three key account partners and two London BDM teams, whilst also working closely with our Underwriting Team to continue improving our service proposition.
Katie Batterton, National Key Account Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I’ve been with Santander since joining the graduate scheme in 2010. After a period of time working in the direct channel in a variety of roles, I successfully transferred to the intermediary mortgage division as an Underwriter. My most recent role as a Business Development Manager has given me invaluable experience. I now work with the key account partners within the estate agency distribution.
Sara Palmer, National Key Account Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I have 26 years of experience in the intermediary sector holding roles from Customer Services Manager within a Network to National Key Account Manager roles with Platform and Morgan Stanley Advantage. I joined Santander for Intermediaries in 2008 managing relationships with our key distribution partners. Recently I spent a year on a Fintech project establishing further relationships with key stakeholders across the mortgage sector and have now returned to Santander for Intermediaries to continue managing strategic relationships. In addition to these duties I will also be helping to develop our Buy to Let proposition.
Paul McCarthy, National Key Account Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I joined Santander in 1996 and after a period working in our BDU structure, I became a BDM covering North London and then Peterborough. I was promoted to National Key Account Manager in 2006 and I work alongside some of our key distribution partners. Since 2014 I have worked to develop our New Build proposition and now run our specialist team alongside my key account duties.
Richard Howes, National Key Account Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I joined Santander in 1995 working as an Area Sales Manager within Life and Pensions. I later moved to become a National Key Account Manager to run teams in the distribution sector, initially covering mortgages and later the Private Banking space with Cater Allen. I moved back into the mortgage market under Santander for Intermediaries in 2015 to work in partnership with our largest key account partners and have specific responsibility for estate agency distribution.
Jason House, Regional Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I worked as Mortgage Adviser for eight years before joining Santander in 2010 as a BDM for South Wales, I enjoyed the role very much until 2014 when I was appointed Regional Manager for the South. I have now been in this position for four years and still find the diverse challenge of managing people and large key account relationships very rewarding.
Jason Lucas, Regional Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I have worked for Santander for over 25 years, having joined Abbey National at the inception of our intermediary channel. Throughout this period, I’ve enjoyed building strong relationships with brokers across the North. For the past 10 years, I’ve been a BDM and previous roles included position within Sales and Underwriting Teams. I now work as a Regional Manager for the North.
Jason Porter, Regional Manager, Santander for Intermediaries
I have over 20 years’ experience in the intermediary market and have held a number of positions within Santander for Intermediaries. I spent a number of years as a BDM and then as a Key Account Manager which gave me great insight into networks and the larger intermediary market. For the last 10 years, I have been a Regional Manager for the East, managing a number of teams across the country.
