Your registration requests will be processed by our dedicated teams. Please allow 72 hours for your registration details to be sent to you.

In some instances we'll need confirmation from company directors or networks before a registration can be progressed. We'll let you know if a request for further information has been made.

Appointed representative

Requests from an Appointed Representative company to register a new intermediary.

Step 1

Where a company is an Appointed Representative (AR) of a Principal Company or a Network and an individual intermediary contacts us to request registration, all we require from you is an email or fax requesting registration.

The new AR Company does not already have to be registered with Santander. This is because we'll already have the registration form and signed Terms of Business for the Principal Company or Network on file from when it was first registered.

In your request, you must provide us with your:

  1. name
  2. company name
  3. company FCA number
  4. contact details, eg address, telephone numbers
  5. confirmation of which mortgage club(s) you wish to use. Please also include your membership number.
  6. Principal Company or Network name
  7. Principal Company or Network FCA number

Please email your requests from a business email address or an email address that can be verified on the FCA website to msa@santander.co.uk

Alternatively you can send us a fax on company headed paper to 0845 602 3293

Step 2

We'll send the request to the Principal Company/Network to verify as a valid registration request if required.

If we receive the initial request for registration from the Principal Company/Network we can verify – this will speed up the registration process.

Step 3

We'll contact you within 72 hours with your new registration details. If validation is required from your network prior to your account registration, you'll be informed if a request for further information has been made.

Directly authorised firm

Requests from a Directly Authorised firm not already trading with Santander

Step 1

For intermediaries who are Directly Authorised who've never transacted business with Santander under their current FCA number, you need to complete a Mortgage and General Insurance Registration form - New Firm and send it back to us before we can set up you up on our systems.

You'll also need to complete a separate Individual Registration form for each intermediary that will be part of this firm.

Directly authorised Individual

Requests from an individual intermediary joining a Directly Authorised firm already trading with Santander

Step 1

Where a firm is Directly Authorised and an individual intermediary contacts us to request registration and the firm is already set up with Santander, you need to complete an Individual Registration form and send it back to us before we can set you up on our systems.
