NEW Buy to Let and residential deals

On Tuesday 25 July 2017, we’ll be launching new fixed rate deals for Buy to Let and residential clients.

Buy to Let

We’re launching new 5 year fixed products for Buy to Let clients who are buying a new home or remortgaging:

  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed 2.34%, £1495 product fee, purchase and remortgage
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed 2.94%, £1495 product fee, purchase and remortgage

We’ve added Remortgage Solution to our Buy to Let products, giving clients the choice of paid standard legal work or £250 cashback on top of our competitive rates. Early repayment charges apply.

As a result of improving our Buy to Let products, we’re withdrawing our 5 year fixed Remortgage Specials:

  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed Buy to Let 2.45%, £1999 product fee, remortgage only
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed Buy to Let 3.04%, £1999 product fee, remortgage only

Residential

We’re launching new 2 and 5 year fixed rate deals at 75% LTV, available for purchase and remortgage for customers with larger loan sizes:

  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed 1.15%, £1499 product fee, purchase and remortgage (£250k minimum loan)
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed 1.84%, £1499 product fee, purchase and remortgage (£250k minimum loan)

We’re also increasing the maximum loan size on our 85% LTV mortgages with a product fee to £1 million.

Finally, the charge and benefit end dates and the completion deadlines on our range will move on one month and our fixed rate product codes will be replaced. Full applications on all amended products must be submitted by midnight on Monday 24 July 2017 in order to secure a booking on these products.
