New 60% LTV products and rate reductions on our mortgage range

On Wednesday 28 November 2018 we’re launching new residential 60% LTV products and also reducing selected fixed and tracker rate products for residential, Help to Buy and Buy to Let (BTL) at 60%, 75% and 85% LTVs.

New! Fixed rate products (purchase and remortgage)

  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate 1.95% with £999 product fee.
  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.19% with £0 product fee.

Residential fixed rate reductions (purchase and remortgage)

  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate 1.99% with £999 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.24% with £0 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.
  • 85% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.29% with £999 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.
  • 85% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.54% with £0 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.

Residential tracker rate reduction (purchase and remortgage)

  • 60% LTV 2 year tracker rate 1.44% (BBR+0.69%) with £999 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.30%.

Help to Buy rate reductions (purchase only)

  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.09% with £999 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.39% with £0 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.

BTL fixed rate reductions (purchase and remortgage)

  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.14% with £1499 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.05%.
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate 2.49% with £1499 product fee. Rate reduced by 0.10%.

Further information

  • Full applications on all amended products must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday 27 November 2018 in order to secure a booking on these products.
  • Charge and benefit end dates and the completion deadlines on our range will move on.
  • Fixed product codes will be replaced.
  • Product early repayment charges may apply, plus any benefit package cashback or paid standard legal fees.
