Changes to our new business mortgage range

On Tuesday 24 March 2020, following the recent Bank of England base rate decreases of 0.65%, due to current market conditions, we’re increasing tracker differentials by up to 0.30%. We’re also withdrawing a large loan product.

RESIDENTIAL INCREASES

  • 60% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.19% with £999 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.25%
  • 75% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.29% with £999 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.25%
  • 75% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.74% with £0 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.25%
  • 85% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.49% with £999 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.30%
  • 90% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.69% with £999 fee - purchase only differential increased by 0.20%
  • 95% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 2.84% with £0 fee - purchase only differential increased by 0.30%

LARGE LOAN INCREASE

  • 75% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.69% with £2499 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.30%

BUY TO LET INCREASE

  • 75% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.34% with £1499 fee - purchase and remortgage differential increased by 0.30%

HELP TO BUY INCREASE

  • 75% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.39% with £999 fee - purchase only differential increased by 0.25%

WITHDRAWAL

  • 60% LTV 2 year tracker rate at 1.74% with £2499 fee - large loan product

  • Product early repayment charges may apply, plus any benefit package cashback or paid standard legal fees.
  • Charge and benefit end dates and the completion deadlines on our range will move on.
  • Product codes will be replaced.
