New Buy to Let products and other improvements to our mortgage range

On Wednesday 3 June, we’re making further improvements to our residential and Buy to Let mortgage range.

Residential range

  • Maximum loan size increasing to £1.5m on selected products up to 75% LTV.
  • New large loan 2 and 5 year fixed rates available up to 75% LTV, with a maximum loan size of £3m to support customers with larger loan sizes.

Buy to Let range

  • Existing 60% LTV products to be made available to purchase applicants.
  • New 75% LTV purchase and remortgage fixed rates.

NEW Large Loan Purchase and Remortage – max £3m

  • 60% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.44% with £2,499 fee
  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.54% with £2,499 fee
  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.64% with £2,499 fee
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.74% with £2,499 fee

NEW Buy to Let Purchase – max £750k

  • 60% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.39% with £1499 fee
  • 60% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.85% with £0 fee
  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.79% with £1499 fee
  • 60% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 1.99% with £0 fee

NEW Buy to Let Purchase and Remortgage – max £750k

  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 1.49% with £1499 fee
  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed rate at 2.15% with £0 fee
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 2.04% with £1499 fee
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed rate at 2.39% with £0 fee
