- their Santander panel number.
We'll provide you with a list of all solicitors within your local area - in alphabetical order.

Land Registry digital mortgage deed service
Remortgage customers may be eligible for the HM Land Registry’s digital ‘Sign your mortgage deed’ service. They’ll need to speak to their conveyancer to find out more and see if they are eligible for this new service.
View our information on dual representation if you have a customer who wishes to use a solicitor for their residential purchase that is NOT on our panel.
We do not accept Help to Buy: equity loan scheme or Buy to Let applications on a dual representation basis.
