Making changes to an application

We know that sometimes things change so to help us process your case as quickly as possible, let us know about any changes straightaway.

Where the change materially affects the application, we'll reassess the application based on the new information and the lending criteria at the time the change is made.

If you need to update us with other supporting case information, please send us a message via case tracking (MATS) on Introducer Internet or directly via the Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS). However, we can’t accept credit/debit card details via MATS. You should continue to phone us with these details.

1 Our mortgage offers are valid for six months. If a product is changed during the offer validity, this is not a material change provided there is no increase in our risk. If an offer is extended and a new product is selected, this is a material change.
2 If the name change is due to a minor typing error, please send us a message via MATS.
