Submitting evidence and supporting documents

After you’ve submitted a mortgage application, help us to process your case as quickly as possible:

  • Package all documents together and upload to us straightaway via Introducer Internet and/or the Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS) to avoid any delays.
  • When we receive your application we'll send you a MATS message. You don't need to wait for this message before uploading the supporting case information.
  • We reject cases where the documents are not sent to us within ten working days of application submission. Rejected cases may require a new product selection.
