Quicker revised offers for a change of product

From Monday 17 November, we’ve reduced the time it takes to issue a revised new business offer for a change of product.
What’s changed?
We've added a new dropdown option called 'Change of product - only' in Introducer Internet > Case tracking (MATS) > Material change to an application - broker only. You’ll need to provide the new product code in the free-format box.
Important information
This request can only be used for a change of product where it’s:
- the same product type,
- the same product term, and
- a single loan part.
The product you select must match the case type, meet the LTV criteria and be on sale at the time of the request.
