Certifying documents

When you submit an application, you'll be asked to complete the following declaration in Introducer Internet:

'I confirm that all documents I submit are true copies of original documents relating to the party/parties on this application'.

Case packaging

After you submit a mortgage application, you can help us to process your case as quickly as possible.

  • Package all documents together and upload straightaway. You can send them via Introducer Internet and/or the Mortgage Application Tracking System (MATS).
  • When we get your application, we'll send you a MATS message. You don't need to wait for this before uploading your client’s documents.
  • We reject cases if you don’t send documents to us within 15 working days of the application submission. Rejected cases may need a new product selection.
