• We started the year by announcing our pledges to brokers. So far, we’ve had 34 product range launches with no dual pricing and at least 24 hours’ notice of product withdrawals each time.
• Improvements to our product transfer process including the ability for you to accept deals on behalf of your clients, product transfer rates available on sourcing systems, the option for your clients to switch straightaway with no ERC to pay, and ERC-free overpayments in the product transfer window. 
• Our average time to offer for the year is 8 days (up to 23 November 2025).
• Deal with real experts in Live Chat for personalised support, avoiding bots. 
• Digital technology accelerating application processes like valuations and income checks. 
• You have direct access to our underwriters for seamless support. 
• Our BDMs are consistently rated top for service in our industry research.
