Streamlining your log on experience

You told us that we could make it easier for you to enter your Introducer/Company code when using our services. We’ve listened.

What's changing?

From Friday 6 February, where you need to enter an Introducer/Company code, we’re merging the two boxes into one to make it simpler. Your unique code isn’t changing; it’s still a combination of letters and numbers that you now enter into one box only.

Plus we’re renaming it to ‘Introducer ID’ across all the following services:

• Introducer Internet log on.
• ‘Contact us’ search on our website.
• Live Chat.
