New A-Z mortgage lending criteria

From Tuesday 24 February, we’ve introduced a new A-Z layout for our residential and Buy to Let mortgage lending criteria on our website.

Shaped by your feedback, this update is designed to make it quicker and easier for you to find the information you need when submitting mortgage applications with us.

Getting started is simple
Just look for ‘Lending criteria’ in the main menu on our website and select ‘residential’ or ‘Buy to Let’. 

You’ll still be able to download our PDF guides. In addition, there’ll now be two separate evidence requirements guides available, one for residential and one for Buy to Let applications.
