Our Broker Perception Barometer is back

Last December, we launched our Broker Perception Barometer, a quarterly look at homeowners’ perception of mortgage brokers. 

On Friday 13 March, our latest wave of the Barometer will be launched and it makes for fascinating reading. For the second quarter running it reveals that two thirds of homeowners feel that they couldn’t have gone through the homebuying or remortgaging process without the support of their broker. It also shines a light on the experience of first time buyers and shows the critical role brokers play supporting this audience. So much so, that two fifths of FTBs admitted to Whatsapping their broker at least weekly during the purchase. 

We’ll be running the Barometer on a quarterly basis to get a fresh view of consumers’ attitudes and experiences of using a broker. We hope you find it interesting.
