What's changed?

• Easier - your Santander registered mortgage administrators can fully submit new business mortgage applications on your behalf. For more information on how to register a mortgage administrator, click here.
• Quicker - for BTL applications you’ll no longer need to tell us your client’s net income, household, and other expenditure.
• Sticking to our pledge to improve product transfers - helping you by showing more details about your client’s existing mortgage – LTV, product start and end dates, product code and ERC.
