Fixed rate increases plus new products

On Wednesday 22 July we’re increasing fixed rates across our new business range. We’re also expanding our range with new 10 year fixed rates for FTB and home movers across multiple LTV bands, including new build. Plus, we’re launching new 2 and 5 year fixed rates with a £1,499 fee for new build clients.

In our product transfer range, we’re increasing most residential and BTL fixed rates.

There are no changes to tracker rates in our new business or product transfer ranges.

Product transfers
Fixed rate increases

• Residential - all 1, 2, 5 and 7 year fixed rates increasing by up to 0.20%.
• BTL - all 60% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates increasing by up to 0.25%.

Monthly housekeeping
Roll on of our new business benefit end date plus all charge end dates and completion deadlines by 1 month. 

Completion deadlines will roll on to:

• 29 January 2027 for FTB and home movers
• 28 May 2027 for new build only products
• 5 February 2027 for remortgages
• 5 December 2026 for product transfers

December product transfer maturities will now be eligible to book a new deal.

• Fixed rate product codes will be replaced across the new business range, and fixed and tracker rate product codes will be replaced across the product transfer range.
• Submit applications and PT requests on our current ranges by 10pm on Tuesday 21 July.
• Rate bulletin (issue 18) and new build rate bulletin (issue 18) will be available on our website on Wednesday 22 July.
