Fixed and tracker rates are increasing

On Wednesday 29 July we’re increasing most fixed rates and selected tracker rates across our new business range. We’re also increasing some residential fixed rates in our product transfer range.

There are no changes to tracker rates in our remortgage and product transfer ranges, or BTL rates in our product transfer range.

Product transfers
Fixed rate increases

• Residential - all 60% LTV 2, 5 and 7 year fixed rates, and a 75% LTV 3 year fixed rate with no fee are increasing by 0.05%.
