New business fixed rate withdrawals plus some reductions

On Wednesday 23 September, we’re withdrawing all new business BTL fixed rates with no product fee. Plus, we’re withdrawing selected 10 year fixed rates for first time buyers and home movers. We’re also reducing some 90%+ LTV fixed rates, including My First Mortgage, in our residential new business range.
There are no changes to tracker rates or our product transfer range.

- Submit applications on our current range by 10pm on Tuesday 22 September.
- Rate bulletin (issue 27) and new build rate bulletin (issue 27) will be available on our website on Wednesday 23 September.
