Overpayments can only be made to loans that are in the product transfer window. If your client wants to make an overpayment, please complete this form.

The overpayment must be made before you submit the product transfer request.

If you haven’t already told us how your client wants to apply their overpayment, we’ll follow the rules below in priority order:
  1. Highest interest rate
  2. Interest only loans
    1. Shortest term
    2. Lowest balance
  3. Repayment loans
    1. Longest term
    2. Lowest balance
