Residential home mover fixed rates are going down

On Monday 3 November, we’re reducing most new business fixed rates for home movers, including new build, by up to 0.10%.

There are no other changes to our new business range. We’re also not making any changes to our product transfer range.

Fixed rate decreases

• Residential home mover inc. new build – All 75%, 85%, 90% and 95% LTV 2 year fixed rates reducing by up to 0.10%. All 75% LTV 3 year fixed rates reducing by up to 0.10%. All 75%, 90% and 95%, and selected 85% LTV 5 year fixed rates reducing by up to 0.04%.
